Thomas Throop

Kelley Franco Throop and Tom Throop met while living in Hartford, and soon discovered that both were natives of New Canaan, a small town near the Connecticut coast. These days they’re back in that hometown, where Kelley practices law in an office on the main shopping street, and Tom works wood in his shop on a side street a short walk away. They live in nearby Rowayton, on the Long Island Sound, where they run on the weekends and Kelley trains for triathlons.
