Interpretation of a 19th-century Neoclassical console
This piece is a contemporary interpretation of a 19th-century Neoclassical console table with tambour doors, bent laminations, and ebony and ivory inlays and accents. Bruce is a 2016 graduate of the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship’s nine-month program. He displayed this piece at the Alumni and Fellows 30th Anniversary Exhibition, giving appreciation to Aled Lewis and Garrett Hack for their input on the design details. BRUCE WILLEY, Nashville, Tenn.
