Interpretation of a 19th-century Neoclassical console

This piece is a contemporary interpretation of a 19th-century Neoclassical console table with tambour doors, bent laminations, and ebony and ivory inlays and accents. Bruce is a 2016 graduate of the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship’s nine-month program. He displayed this piece at the Alumni and Fellows 30th Anniversary Exhibition, giving appreciation to Aled Lewis and Garrett Hack for their input on the design details.
